1 Large Cucumber
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sour Cream or Crème Fraiche
1 Lemon

Salt the cucumber lightly, place in a colander, and allow to drain overnight in the refrigerator. Mix cucumber and sour cream together, mix in lemon juice to taste.
