We proudly offer a great new product for your enjoyment. Similar to crab cakes, our trout cakes are brimming with fresh Rainbow Trout, cilantro, red peppers, onion, spices, and light bread crumbs. They contain only natural ingredients and are preservative free. Rainbow Cakes are ready to saute for a light healthy main course, or try grilling for a great alternative to veggie burgers. They come ready to cook and are offered as two 4 oz. cakes per tray. We think you will agree that something so good for you never tasted so good.
