
Hemp and Grits Encrusted Trout
A unique twist on the classic cornmeal crusted trout. Stone ground grits are combined with Shelled Hemp Seeds and lightly seasoned to provide a crisp satisfy crust. This simple crust contains no wheat flour, no eggs, and no nuts. Quick and easy to prepare: just sauté lightly in your favorite oil for 3 minutes per side and enjoy. In addition to the pine nut like flavor, hemp seeds provide additional protein and omega-3 to our fillets.
