Cold Smoked Rainbow Trout Sides

 

Only Sunburst can offer Rainbow Trout with the plumpness necessary to achieve a superior Cold Smoked Side. Harvested only 300 yards from the smoker, this trout is of the highest quality.

 

Buttery smooth, we use a subtle hand with our Dry Brine to achieve a truly delicate taste which is a more refined choice than Salmon. We think you will agree.

 

For maximum freshness and flavor, we suggest choosing the unsliced side. This allows the preparer to perform his/her own slices, assuring the freshest taste.
