Started in 1948 by her Father Dick Jennings, Sunburst Trout was once Jennings Trout Farm until the 1980s when Sally and her husband Steve took over. Sally has transformed Sunburst Trout into a recognizable and sustainable niche in aquaculture. She is the face and brains behind an ever growing family business.
